Proceeding contribution from Lord Lucas (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 26 January 2010. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Digital Economy Bill [HL].
Digital Economy Bill [HL]
My Lords, I am surprised that Amendment 181 was not moved. Amendment 182 is merely an amplification of Amendment 181 but I would be interested to hear what the Government have to say. I beg to move.
