Digital Economy Bill [HL]
I thank the Minister for that helpful answer. As the Government are so committed to consultation, I thought that it might be wiser to put this on the face of the Bill. As they are carrying out other consultations, it could run in parallel and I do not think that it would necessarily delay the process. It would make it clear that the Minister cannot operate unilaterally. With those reservations, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 221 withdrawn. Amendment 221A Moved by
