6D: Leave out Clause 1 and insert the following new Clause— ““Amendments to the Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (1) Section 4 of the Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1), for ““two conditions are”” substitute ““condition in subsection (2) is””. (3) In subsection (2), omit ““first””. (4) Omit subsections (3) and (4).””
