Defence in the World
Many right hon. and hon. Members have had the privilege of being briefed on the threat posed by an electromagnetic pulse. If this county has the good fortune to have its defences run by my hon. Friend, will he undertake to receive representations during the strategic defence review on the threats posed by an electromagnetic pulse and on the potential answers, which are not that expensive?
