Proceeding contribution from David Miliband (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 23 March 2010. It occurred during Ministerial statement on UK Passports (Use in Dubai Murder).
UK Passports (Use in Dubai Murder)
We actually answered that earlier—in the second question. It is not a random selection, and it is made not by the Government of Israel but by us. If the hon. Gentleman goes back to the 2004 case, he will find some significant differences from this case. I think that the information that I have seen about it is available in the public domain. However, he will see clearly from my statement the degree of concern that we have, and the measures we have taken.
