Foreign Affairs and Defence
I am sorry, but I must conclude. The papal visit will be an event of great significance and meaning to British Catholics. As we survey the world's changing landscape and consider the UK's place within it, there is every reason for optimism and hope. As a country, we posses great assets and advantages. The foundations are there for us to build our influence and engagement in the world if we choose to take the opportunity, and this Government have every intention of doing so.
