Proceeding contribution from Chris Huhne (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 27 May 2010. It occurred during Queen's speech debate on Energy and Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.

Energy and Environment, Food and Rural Affairs

The Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs will address that point in detail when she winds up.
