Lawful Industrial Action (Minor Errors) Bill

My hon. Friend is right, and we should guard against that. I do not think that the hon. Gentleman wants to exempt minor errors, which are already protected. He wants to exempt major errors from the scrutiny of the courts and we should be very wary of doing that. In 12 locations, there were no operations staff and workers were clearly ineligible to vote—
