Pensions Bill [HL]

I thank the Minister for that response. I will read the record with interest, but I will certainly withdraw the amendment. I just want to be clear on a couple of points. I think the Minister said that something like £200 million per year would be involved in the smoothing exercise. Did I understand that correctly?
