Proceeding contribution from Angela C Smith (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 5 April 2011. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Advice Centres (Barnsley and Sheffield).
Advice Centres (Barnsley and Sheffield)
It has to be pointed out that I have still not received an answer to my key point, which is that Stocksbridge advice centre is living on borrowed time. The £42,000 to which I referred was European funding that was directed through the regional development agency, and that has now disappeared altogether. What will the Government do to ensure that moneys due to areas such as Sheffield will stay in Sheffield?
