Proceeding contribution from Owen Smith (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 10 March 2011. It occurred during Grand Committee proceedings (HC) on UK Government's Energy Policy.

UK Government's Energy Policy

I am grateful to the right hon. Lady for giving way once again. She mentioned a moment ago her business advisory group. Has she asked that group what its view is of the Opposition proposal that fuel prices could be reduced were the Government to cut VAT on fuel, paying for it out of a bank bonus levy?
