UK Government's Energy Policy
My right hon. Friend will know that the cost of upgrading Tottenham Court Road tube station alone is £1 billion. Surely a case should be made by the Secretary of State and others for the marginal extra £150 million to electrify to Swansea and bring massive inward investment to the second city of Wales and to west Wales generally?
