Proceeding contribution from Geraint Davies (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 10 March 2011. It occurred during Grand Committee proceedings (HC) on UK Government's Energy Policy.

UK Government's Energy Policy

Surely there is a problem here of David and Goliath. Wales has only 3 million people out of 60 million. Would the hon. Gentleman’s case not logically lead to 20 separate legislatures of 3 million people dotted around England? If not, it would be very unbalanced.
