UK Government's Energy Policy
I do not know whether the right hon. Gentleman is referring to a medical doctor or one of those people who have gone off to a polytechnic and done one exam more than anyone else, but I am neither. None the less, I know how to read statistics properly. I am also not convinced about the arguments over peak oil.
