UK Government's Energy Policy
In evidence given to the Welsh Affairs Committee in the past two years, the nuclear energy providers admitted that uranium was a finite resource. When they were asked about this question, they said they currently had lots of people out there looking for more uranium. So we do not have a steady uranium source; it is depleting rapidly, and they are desperately searching for more.
