Proceeding contribution from David TC Davies (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 10 March 2011. It occurred during Grand Committee proceedings (HC) on UK Government's Energy Policy.

UK Government's Energy Policy

Further to that point of order, Mr Caton. The motion that was passed in the previous Committee sitting, if my memory serves me right, was not the motion that was on the Order Paper—it was critical of the Government. I should like to have the opportunity to do what happened at the previous sitting and move a motion in this sitting in praise of the Government.
