The Budget
I am grateful for that question, because self-employment is an important part of delivering the economic growth that we need. We have recently set in place a new enterprise allowance within the benefits system precisely to encourage people on benefits to set up a business and essentially to become self-employed as a route back to work. I hope that my hon. Friend welcomes that. I will take his point away and look at it.
