The Budget
The Government propose changes to the national health service in England and, as I am sure the Chief Secretary knows, the elements of those changes that relate to the terms and conditions of GPs are set in Westminster for both England and Wales. What analysis has he made of their impact on finances for the Welsh Assembly in relation to the national health service?
