The Budget
On that point, the Secretary of State will know that one of the things that will carry weight with the Backbench Business Committee is the support for such a debate from Members from across the spectrum. My right hon. Friend the Member for Torfaen and I have worked hard on this issue and we would welcome some support from the Conservatives and the Liberal Democrats. Then it might be easier to drive the whole thing home.
