The Budget
I do not want to prompt a row, but the Secretary of State seems to imply that the Welsh Assembly Government have some levers at their fingertips that they are not pulling. Can she point to any beyond the enterprise zones, which to the Opposition feel like a warmed-over policy from yesteryear that failed and that all the evidence shows cost huge sums to generate very few jobs? Beyond enterprise zones, can she point to anything that the Assembly should be doing but is not?
