The Budget
I am grateful to the hon. Lady for allowing me to remind the Committee that we were funding Wales on a rising budget. [Hon. Members: ““Borrowing.””] I am going to come back to that. This charge from the Conservative Benches is based on the big deceit of British politics and I want to address that.
