The Budget
If I understand the right hon. Gentleman’s narrative, he is now complaining about cuts announcements. It was surely the case that the Labour party had already announced that it would be introducing cuts at somewhere near—they claim—half the current level. Will he share with us the specific areas in Wales where those cuts would be made?
