The Budget
That is a very daft way of looking at it, both for the individual and for the local economy. Those local economies will suffer. Hometrack did some research for The Guardian last August and named the three towns with the highest levels of public sector jobs in the UK, two of which are in Wales: Aberystwyth, Rhyl and Morpeth, which I think is in the north-east of England. Those towns will suffer the most through house prices. So there is a knock-on effect.
