The Budget
My hon. Friend’s point about staff morale and the leadership shown by the Department for Economy and Transport is recognised not only in the papers that he has shared with the Committee, but by the right hon. Member for Neath. He was extremely condemnatory about Ieuan Wyn Jones as Deputy First Minister and the Minister responsible for economic development and transport in the Welsh Assembly Government. I look for a defence of Ieuan Wyn Jones from Labour Members—obviously not.
