Proceeding contribution from Mary MacLeod (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 11 August 2011. It occurred during Ministerial statement on Public Disorder.

Public Disorder

As a London MP, I was shocked and horrified by the scenes of criminality, violence and looting that took place in this great city of ours during the last week. What was evident was the complete lack of respect and discipline among those who did it. Will the Prime Minister reassure the House that he will work closely with schools to make sure that we can improve this for the future?
