Paralympian Darren Kenny said, following Lance Armstrong’s mantra: "““Pain is temporary, failure is forever””." Finally, the Olympic motto, ““Citius, Altius, Fortius””, is very appropriate to these amendments—““citius””, faster: traffic-management; ““altius””, higher: fines for ticket-touting; and ““fortius””, strong: enforcement of advertising and trading regulations.
