195ZAZMA: After Clause 41, Insert the following new Clause— ““Empty rates In section 45 of the Local Government and Finance Act 1988 (unoccupied hereditaments: liability) in subsection 4A for ““one”” substitute ““or equal to one fifth””, and for ““prescribed”” substitute ““chosen in each particular case by the Local Authority””.””
