Proceeding contribution from Robert Flello (Labour) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 25 October 2011. It occurred during Debate on bill on Public Bodies Bill [Lords] (Programme) (No. 2).
Public Bodies Bill [Lords] (Programme) (No. 2)
