Financial Services Bill

I think that it is more an indication of the way in which the banks have moved away from the real world into the investment world, computer schemes, and making money by using money, rather than funding the small and medium-sized enterprises on which we depend for a rebalanced economy. This is a very similar—Madam Deputy Speaker, I think that I have thrown away my speech.
