Welfare Reform Bill

As an amendment to Motion A, at end insert ““but do propose Amendment 1B as an amendment in lieu”” 1B: Page 4, line 34, at end insert ““, and such additional amount to be paid at a higher rate, a middle rate or a lower rate; and the middle rate shall be no less than two-thirds of the higher rate as may be prescribed; and the lower rate shall be no less than one-third of the higher rate””
