To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, pursuant to the Answer of 24 November 2022 to Question 92183 on Green Homes Grant Scheme, what recent progress his Department has made on reducing energy demand from buildings and industry by 15 per cent by 2030.
