Equality: Gender and Intersex

Question: To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to the Answer of 12 June 2026 to Question 4166 on Equality: Gender and Intersex, if she will place a copy of the New model Policy and Guidance: Supporting Trans and Non-binary Employees, issued to Government departments on 22 May 2026, in the Library of the House.

Answer: New model Gender Reassignment guidance has been issued to Civil Service departments for them to use as a template for their own departmental guidance. Internal HR policies and guidance are not published externally.
