Service Charges: Overcharging

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what assessment he has made of the extent of the scrutiny gap where local authorities assume the Regulator of Social Housing monitors service charges, while the Regulator lacks a mandate to do so.
