To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what other (a) NATO or (b) non-NATO countries are investing or plan to invest in defence assets in the Hebrides.

Investigations are being conducted to determine whether there is scope to utilise investment from overseas countries to broaden the capability of the Ministry of Defence's Hebrides Range. I am withholding details of this work as its disclosure would or would be likely to prejudice relations between the UK and another state.
