Commonwealth Summit 2018

Lords question for short debate on whether they will ensure that the programme for the Commonwealth Summit in London in 2018 includes a People's Forum and a Parliamentary Forum. the outcomes of which are recorded in the final communiqué, as has been the case for similar summits in the past.
