- How many members of the ethnic minorities are now serving in the Household Cavalry; and if he will comment on the progress that has been made following the investigation into recruitment practices by the Commission of Racial Equality. - Includes fact that ethnic monitoring in the Army does not distinguish the units to which individual soldiers and officers belong.
