Question
How many full-time vehicle examiners were employed by the Vehicle Inspectorate on (a) 1st April for each year since 1989 and (b) at present; how many full-time traffic examiners were employed; and how many heavy goods vehicles were examined by traffic examiners and vehicle examiners by traffic area in each of last 5 years for which figures are available; and how many received prohibition or defect notices. - Includes table and text of letter from Ron Oliver of Vehicle Inspectorate.
