Pursuant to his Answers of 31st October, on Solent buoyage if he will define the limits of the Dockyard Port; and if his answers include the navigation buoys laid in the Solent by the Navy outside the entrance to Portsmouth Harbour. - Inc ref to para 3 of Statutory Instrument 1978 No 1881 of the Dockyard Port of Portsmouth Order 1978 (in Library).
