What portion of the £130 million spent on energy and fuel efficiency awareness and advice since 1990, as quoted in paragraph 8.2 of Climate Change: the United Kingdom Programme has been funded by his Energy Efficiency Office; and if he will list the other sources and the amounts they have contributed to the total. - Includes figures.
