To comment on extracts from the memoirs of President Suharto published in the Indonesian press, in which the president admitted that thousands of "mysterious killings" perpetrated in 1983 & 1984 were committed by persons acting under the orders of the state, & to draw these extracts to the attention of next meeting of UN Human Rights Commission.
