Statement on what are the Key Targets set for the Chief Executive of the Army Base Storage and Distribution Agency for the Financial Year 1998-99. - Including figures.

Mr. Caton: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what are the Key Targets set for the Chief Executive of the Army Base Storage and Distribution Agency for the Financial Year 1998-99. [38842] Dr. Reid: The Chief Executive of the Army Base Storage and Distribution Agency has been set the following Key Targets for the Financial Year 1998-99: Key Target 1 To exceed 95 per cent. satisfaction for the processing of Consumers' authorised demands. Key Target 2 To meet the Customers' agreed requirements for the provision of ammunition Units of Space (UOS) and ammunition processing facilities. Key Target 3 To exceed 95 per cent. of Consumers' perceived satisfaction of the Agency. Key Target 4 To exceed 90 per cent. of meeting Consumers' authorised demands within Supply Chain Processing Time (SCPT) Depot Processing Time (DPT). Key Target 5 To exceed a one day improvement in receipts processing cycle times. Key Target 6 To establish unit costs per output baseline to enable subsequent measurement of efficiency improvements.
