Whether there have been any demands on the social fund contingency reserves following series of transport disasters; & if there is a fixed sum set aside; & how much has been paid out in social fund crisis loans by the DSS offices covering Lockerbie area following air crash & in Inverness following recent floods; & if any other DSS offices have call on this contingency fund.
