To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what assessment she has made of the (a) past and (b) future impact on carbon dioxide emissions of the enhanced capital allowances for investments in energy saving technologies introduced in April 2001;impact on carbon dioxide emissions of the enhanced capital allowances for investments in (a) heat pumps, (b) radiant and warm air heaters, (c) solar heaters, (d) energy efficient refrigerator equipment, (e) compressor equipment and (f) energy-saving technology investments in assets for leasing.
