If HMG were consulted before inclusion in INF treaty of clause permitting re-use & repackaging of fissile material & components from warheads of Pershing II & ground-launched cruise missiles; & if consulted about USA intention to use fissile material & components from these warheads in other nuclear weapons intended for European deployment.
