Regulation of Financial Services (Land Transactions) Bill
Everybody seems to support the Bill, but I hope that one of the aspects that my hon. Friend will keep under review when it comes to the detail is that the cost should be proportionate. It seems to me that £11 million as a one-off cost is a huge amount of money.
