Proceeding contribution from Baroness Hooper (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 26 May 2005. It occurred during Parliamentary proceeding on Latin America.

Latin America

My Lords, I thank everybody who has participated in the debate. It has been most useful and has covered a diverse number of subjects. In spite of everything, I feel optimistic about the future, not only of Latin America, but of our relations with Latin America. That is due in no small part to the Minister’s positive and thorough response. I thank him for that and beg leave to withdraw the Motion. Motion for Papers, by leave, withdrawn.
