Proceeding contribution from Mark Lazarowicz (Labour) in the House of Commons on Friday, 11 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bill on Climate Change and Sustainable Energy Bill.

Climate Change and Sustainable Energy Bill

The hon. Gentleman makes a party political point, which he is entitled to do. I think that this Government’s record in seeking to tackle climate change has been excellent, but I want us to work on an all-party basis on practical issues that can take the issue forward. I suggest that he concentrates on that aspect of the Bill today, rather than on other agendas.
