moved Amendments Nos. 12 and 13:"Page 19, line 26, leave out ““Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988”” and insert ““Schedule 1 to that Act (offences to which certain sections apply)—" (a) in paragraph 3, after paragraph (a) insert— ““(aa) an offence under section 34D(12) of this Act,””, and. (b) in paragraph 4, before paragraph (a) insert— ““(za) an offence under section 34D(12) of this Act,””. (4) In Part 1 of Schedule 2 to that Act”” Page 19, line 29, column 2, at end insert ““etc.”” On Question, amendments agreed to.
