Children and Adoption Bill [HL]
When we prepare for the next spending review, which we are starting to do, we will take full account of CAFCASS’s responsibilities and we will make allowance for that in the process. Unfortunately, I cannot make a commitment now concerning the arrangements and the CAFCASS budget in the period ahead.
