Children and Adoption Bill [HL]

I thank the Minister for his reply, and look forward to receiving his letter. It was mentioned during the Select Committee’s report and has been mentioned in our deliberations that delay is the enemy of resolving many of these problems. It will be a time constraint only if the resources are not available.
